The following Terms and Conditions for Woodward Crossings Country Basics apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
Most* FedEx, UPS or USPS shipped merchandise can be returned within 7 days of purchase unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions**. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, Pay Pal, etc.). Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless the return is the result of a defective product. Please note bundled items need to be returned with all components for a full refund.
Should the product be defective, we will issue a Return Label to you. Credit will be issued at the time the merchandise is received in our warehouse. ***
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of product defect.
To return a product, please email us at email@example.com Provide your reason for return as well as the invoice number and order date.
• Pack the new and unused item carefully in the original packaging.
• Affix the return label over the top of the original shipping label. Keep a copy of the tracking number on this label for future reference.
*Products to be returned including but not limited to the Wunderbar Modules and Seeders and all components must be new and unused.
**Return Policy Exceptions: We cannot accept returns on Freight Shipped items.
***Please note that, depending on the form of payment tendered, it may take 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
We reserve the right to deny a return in extenuating cases.
Please check your delivery upon receipt. Any item missing from the order must be reported to the company within 3 days of receipt.
We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Woodward Crossings Country Basics reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
Woodward Crossings Country Basics reserves the right to request payments by check or Paypal.
Woodward Crossings is not responsible for late delivery or failure to deliver packages or products due to circumstances beyond our control.
It is the customer’s responsibility to be available to take receipt of shipments at the time of delivery.
Any refused shipments are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee and the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
The customer must be able to receive the shipment at the time it is delivered. Freight companies may charge a minimum fee of $125.00 or more if they are required to attempt a re-delivery because the shipment was unable to be received, and/or no one was available to receive the order.
